On the other handHRM is a very well known function within the industries in which HR manager always selectand recruit higher skilled employees for the betterment of future. It is one of the best function ofmanagement which is mainly related with energies of humans and competencies. For this presentassignment Sainsbury's has been selected which is one of the second largest supermarkets chainin UK. It was formed in the year of 1869 by John James Sainsbury and it is headquartered inHolborn London UK. Further discussion will be based on functions and purpose of HRM that issuitable for workforce planning. Strength and weakness of various approaches to selection andrecruitment (Bondarouk and Ruël, 2013). Additionally, various HRM practices in terms ofraising productivity and profit. Lastly, significance of employees relations in regards withinfluencing HRM decision making with the identifying key components of employmentlegislations and the impact on HRM decision making will get covered. PROJECT 1P1.
