Identifying the entry level positions of the employees of the chosen business organization
The company that is chosen is Amazon.
The entry level positions that are available in this organization are as follows: -
Sales Executive: The job role of this designation includes penetration of all the aimed
accounts and hence originating up selling opportunities for company’s products as well
as services. Providing demonstration of the products and performing the sales activities
are the major job role of the organization (Sparrow, Brewster and Chung 2016).
Marketing Executive: Perform promotional activities for the products that will be
launching. Providing proper advertisement of the products and services that are being
newly launched.
Sales Associate: The main prospect of this job role is to have a vivid understanding of
the products and hence wise make the clients understand regarding the characteristics of
the products and convince them purchase the product (Stewart and Brown 2019).
Recruitment Executive: The main job role of the recruitment executive is to complete the
life cycle of the recruitment process. Hence wise choosing the best talent present and
hiring them will be one of the major job role of the Recruitment executive (Brewster et
al, 2016). Understanding client requirement and hence wise hiring will also be a major
issue.
