Hotel provides to their employees which helps to enhancing
their performance and improves the knowledge and skills
which is required at the work place. There are range of
training which is provided by the manager as per the
employees need that are stated below:

Seminar- Under this training method, employees attain the
seminar and conference under which supervisor proves the
knowledge and innovative ideas for improving the
performance.
Lectures-In this concept various concepts, models and
principles are explained very clearly and there are face to
face interaction between trainees and trainer. However, it is
difficult to conduct and it is time consuming method.
