Introduction Human resource management is a important function in organization. HRM also evaluate and monitor to performance of employees andprovide reward and incentives for motivate them (Bailey, 2018). International airlines group is aSpanish multinational airline. It founded in 2011 and it has headquartered in Madrid and London.IAG provide services at global level and 64734 employees engaged with it. This report will becover that employment law and effect on HRM, job description and person speciation, selectionprocess and training and development programme.Task 2 2.2 Employment law and its effect HRM.Many laws are followed by international airline group for provide protection from any kind ofrisk so its helps in motivate to people that increase profitability of company.Anti discrimination law :- this law is made for provide protection from discriminationlike age, disability, gender and religion. So through this law employees of IAG get protectionand prevent unlawful victims. It also motivates to people because HR put mainly focus on applythis law in whole organization so relation of all members is well maintained and they treat equalto each other (Barlow, 2019).This law effect on management of HR because it has to follow law so they do notdiscriminate employees during recruitment. It means that they have to hire people on theircapability, education and skill base. So it can not discriminate people regarding religion, color,gender and age.Minimum wages act :- it is also followed by international airlines group of HRM. Ithelps in provide right wages and according to position of employees. Because government of UKfix wages of employees so through this law employees of IAG get right wages and they do notsuffer related to wages (Bolander, 2016).Through this law management of HR affect because it has to give right wages toemployees and if employees not complete their hours of work than also they will be eligible toget minimum wages according to act. Otherwise, employees can apply for case against ofmanagement.

Unfair dismissal act :- this act is followed by IAG and through this act employees getprotection from unfair and illegal terminate from organization that means HRM can notterminate to employees due to family reason, pregnancy. So employees get support from this actfor long term stability (Noelke, 2015).Management of HR also effect from this act because it can not dismiss to employees withunfair reason. So it has only authority of dismiss due to valid reason like qualification, breakrules and skill.Task 33.1 Job description and person specification.Job description of ryanir:- Job tittle :- PilotReport to :- Head of departmentJob location :- London cityQualification :- 10th and 12th passed out with above 60%.Maths and physics compulsory in 11th and 12th.Bachelor degree in aircraft, operations, aviation, aeronautical engineering (full time)Post graduation in aircraft with first division.
