INTRODUCTION Human resource management is the plans and practices of the business which includes the recruitment, selection development and training of the people which have the skilled knowledge and qualification. There are the various external and internal factors which consist in the planning of human resources in the company. The organisation adopts different ways from which they motivates their workers so that they work effectively to achieve the goals of the business. This file also includes the determination of how to maintain the cooperation of the employees in the business. Evaluation of the process through which the performance of the employees are manages in the organisation. MAIN BODY TASK 1 A.C 1.1 Factor need to consider at the time of planning human resource in the organization. Human resource planning is a process which looks at identifying current and future need of the human resources in the organization. Human resource planning is being done in the organization by looking at the overall plan of the organization (Murphy, 2016). There are many internal and external factors which need to be considered before planning the human resource in the organization. Some factors are as follows: Internal factor Organization Need: Amount of the human resource require in the organization, is always calculated on the basis of the need of the organization. Need here stands for the amount of work to be done in the organization in current and future. On the basis of the same organization used to decide the amount of human resource will require carrying out the work in the organization and plan different activity accordingly. Skill Requirement: Skills is the another factor which need to consider by all the organization at the time of planning human resource in the organization. As all the organizations always try to build the human resource in the organization which used to have a diverse skill set. As a result at the time of planning human resource, organization always consider the skill set present in the organization and skill set which will require carrying out the operation. Market Demand:Market demand is the another factor which need is considered by the organization at the time of planning different Human resource activity. As market demand is defined as demand of company product in the market (Karimi-Majd, Mahootchi and Zakery,
2017). As a result on the basis of the demand organization decides whether they need to have a good amount of human resource in the organization or not. External Factor Labour Market:This is the biggest external factor which need to consider by all the organizations before planning Human resource activity in the organization. As labour market is the place which comprises people with skills and ability that can be trapped when the need arises. As a result all the organization has to consider Labour market at all the time to recruit the employee with multiple skill set. This will eventually help them in building good and diverse workforce in the organization. Market trend: Trend prevailing in the external market, is also being considered by the organization at the time of planning human resource in the organization. As all the organization always look to cope up with the prevailing trend to satisfy the need of the customer in the market (Shaw and et.al.,2017). To cope up with the same trend organization plan to recruit the employee with multiple set. Competition: It is the another external factor which is considered by all the organizations at the time of planning the human resources in the organization. As there are many hurdles which are created by the competitor firm in the organization by the way of different policy and product of there company. As a result to overcome the same hurdle, all the organization in the market always try to hire the employee who can overcome the different hurdle thrown by the competitor in the organization. A.C 1.2 Skills and knowledge of the employees required in the organisation. There is need of the effective skills and knowledge of the employees in the company which leads to the success and growth in the future of the business. So the manager of the company will identify the people who have the appropriate skills to run the operations of the business efficiently. Some of the employees skills are explained below: Generic skills:This is the most essential which is required by the company in the employees because without the good communication, planning and organising, teamwork, problem solving skills in the employees they cannot done the work accurately (Anderson, Fontinha and Robson, 2019). By sharing the thoughts, ideas and opinion worker communicates with each other and make their efforts effective to achieve the targets. Senior manager have the power to make the good team which focuses on the goal achievement. Job specific skills:On the role of the senior manager there is need of the skills from which they have the ability and capabilities to direct the and guide the employees so that they will improve their the level of their performance and works well in the organisation. As a senior manager of the organisation the skills of decision-making is must because they have to take the several decision for the growth of the business in the international markets(Bailey and et. al., 2018). The manager have to take the efforts of all the employees in one common direction of the business which leads top the success and growth. Audit skills:Manager have the duty and responsibilities to measure and record the skills and strength of the employees working in the company. For the development of healthy environment at the workplace the senior manager organise the training and development programmes in the company. Performance review:The senior manger of the company review the performance of the employees for their personal development by setting goals and objectives in the business. There is the increases in the chances of the promotion of the employees when the manager is reviewing their performance(Bratton and Gold, 2017). Proper monitoring and analysing the activities of the worker will gives the result about the level of their working in the company. This review of the performance will gives the feedback to the manager about the effective relation in the workplace. TASK 2 A.C2.1 How the organisation motivates its employees. Motivation is given to the employees by different methods which is adopted by the manager of the organisation. The motivated employees will leads to the successful growth of the brand and maintain the good image of the brand in the minds of the customer. When the people working in the business are treated equally without any kind of discrimination then they will work with the full confidence. Few of the motivation methods of the employees are as follows: Reward system:The senior manager wants their employees motivated so they started the programmes of incentive in the working environment which will increases the strength of the
employees. The organisation provides the bonus to the workers on any special occasion which inspire them towards the business and they did nit leave the job easily. Wages and salary are also termed as the rewards which will fulfils the needs and wants of the employees. Manager will provides the insurance of health, retirement plans to make the workforce productive and focused. Family friendly:Most of time the worker did not spend the time with their children so the manager of the organisation will provides the benefits to the employees that they will release the time for their children at the time of job. So this kind of motivation will encourages them and they stick to the job. The manger increases and decreases the work of the worker as per their family needs and wants of the workers(DeCenzo, Robbins and Verhulst, 2016). By improving the satisfaction and efficiency of the employees is also the kind of motivation benefit given to the people working in the organisation. Additional benefits:The paid holidays which is offer to the employees and also the overtime payment is given to them which encourages them to give their full efforts in the organisation. Company also provide the advantages of the pick up and drop facility to the female employees which gives the safe and security to them. There is accident insurance is also for the workers in the company which includes medical exams, emergency treatment and stays in the hospital. Flexible working:This kind of benefits will improve the physical and metal strength of the employees in the business. In the organisation the senior manager of the department will givers the permission to the employees to work from the home which will decreases the stress and they feel less tired(Hecklau and et. al., 2016). It will reduces the problem of less of energy in their employees the morale of the employees will improve by giving the flexible working to them. Incentive schemes:The manager increase the morale of the employees by making annual incentive plan which pay the specific amount to the employees as per the achievement of the good results. Plan of profit sharing, retention bonus is also to encourage the employees which improve the level of their performance.
TASK 3 A.C3.1 How to gain the cooperation of the employees in organisation. To, CEO Subject: Cooperation of employees. Sir, As per the situation there is need to maintain the cooperation in the business operation which helps to achieve the targets and increases the productivity of the employees. To achieve the common objectives ans goals of the business there is need to maintain the good corporation between the employees in the organisation. By making the situation of win win in the business will inspire the workers attitudes which gives the good and effective results of the growth of the company(John and Taylor, 2016). There are some of the ways from which the employees cooperation is maintained at the workplace which are discussed below: Contracts of employment:Company have lots of sensitive information and data so the employees are manages to cooperate with the company and do not disclose the data and information to other people. By making the contract of the agreement will minimise the chances of the misunderstanding in the business. Involvement of employees:The manager will involves their employees in the process and planning of the business and they share their ideas, and opinion which gives the effective results tothecompany.Involvingthepeoplenthedifferentprocessofdecisionmakingwill encourages the people which build the good relation in the organisation. Responsibility:Delegation of the responsibilities to the workers as per their skills and talent will make the atmosphere of the company effective by maintaining the proper cooperation. Manager also try to maintain the coordination by giving the work to the employees(Mondy and Martocchio, 2016). Communication:The cooperation in the workplace is also be maintaining the effective communication between the employees and senior authority. TASK 4 A.C4.1 How to measure and manage the employees performance. The performance of the people working in the company is measured by the senior manager which will improve their working and gives the detailed description of the about them. The senior manager will uses the different techniques and methods to manage the performance of the workers towards the one common goals of the business. Performance review:The performance of the workers is measured by the use of the benchmarking techniques in the business which set the target and compare the results with the actuals results and standard results. This process will helps to increases the performance of the employees and achieve the target as per the goals and objectives is set by the organisation. This process will helps to stay in the relevant market by improving the standard of performance of the people working in the company. There is the analysing and evaluation of the results which will increase the performance and by providing the products and services as per the needs of the customer. Training and development:Manager conducts T&D classes for employees so that number of employees gets opportunity to learn new skills and improves their skills. On other hand employees gets platform to perform their skills and improves them by learning tricks. The main goal of the T&D classes to lead fruitful outcomes in organization (Quinlanand et. al., 2019). Trainer gives new technique to employees so that they learn and applies at workplace in complicated situation. Through the classes' manager measures employees performance. To analyse employees performance manager gives challengesto employees along with time deadline. This strategy helps manager to measure employees performance after classes. To maintain T&D classes, manager prepares periodic session of the classes so that group members and individualperformance enhances well manner (Nankervis and et. al., 2016). In periodic session includes training classes in specified period such as 1-2 months, 3-4 months, 5-6 months, 8-9 months and 11-12 months training classes. In these periods monitors employees performance at workplace and maintains well-being of employees in company. Thus, manager measures and maintain individual employee performance. Targets:Manager plays vital role in organization by implementing fruitful strategies in organization so that meets mission. Manager sets target for organization and based on the target assigns responsibility individualor group of member so that they become responsibleand
perform well at workplace. Manager makes target for each department such as production, finance, marketing and logistic department etc. and monitors their operation at workplace. Manager analyses their targets by organization outcomes (Noe and et. al., 2017). To maintain targets profitability manager keeps flexibility in decision-making and leadership style. Thus, manager maintains targets and meets organization from theory objectives. CONCLUSION From the above study it can be concluded that department of human resource is the best waytomanagetheworkersoftheorganisationeffectivelyandefficiently.Forthe accomplishment of the objectives of the business there is need of the specific skills for the manager. By giving different kinds of rewards to the employees the manager will motivates them so that they will works to gain the advantage of the company. Organisation will improve the performance of the employees by proper measuring and managing their working conditions. By giving the training to the employees will this will improve the skills and understanding and performance also.
