project by a consultancy firm.

1. It is required to do a thorough analysis on three different types of organizations (public,
private & voluntary) including legal structure, size and the scope and their link to the business
objectives and product and services offered by the selected organizations.
2. Explain the relationship between the different functions for one of the chosen organization
and its relation to objectives & the structure of the organization. Accordingly critical
investigation should be made upon on the following :
i. Advantages and disadvantages of interrelationships between organisational functions
