INTRODUCTION
Human resource management plays important by managing and organizing people within
firm in order to achieve objectives of company. HR manager make effective utilisation of people
by increasing their performance and productivity so that firm can gain competitive advantages in
the industry. Therefore, purpose of HR is not only to recruit and select employees but to also
plans for growth and development of people so that they are motivated to work hard for company
goals. This report analysis of Mont Rose College that was established in 2006 which provides
higher education to student so that they can enhance their knowledge and skills for better future.
