Abstract
Manpower has always been the great and required asset in the organisation or healthcare
institute so that they can meet the obligations of the patients. This makes them give the best
services and quality care to the patients. The employees comes from different culture and
background that makes them to resist the changes and to cooperate with the other employees
in the health care institute. The major role of the nurses is to provide quality assistance to the
people that make them overcome the problems. The use of new technology by the health care
professionals for giving best services makes the employees not to accept the fact. This creates
conflicts among the employee due to lack of majority and team coordination. The leaders
make their best efforts for making the employees work with the decision of the management
so that it could meet the goals of the organisation. This also helps the employees to clarify the
problems that arise to them by making them communicated to the leaders. A number of
factors affects the resistance of the employees’ such as government policies, the rigidity of
nature, the difference in culture and background and impact of society.
