 Management of the country also focuses on the individual feedback that concern with
each and every point. This will assist to remove all that things in more appropriate
manner.
 They also use open and closed sections in which employee express their views about the
company and its management so that this will assist to manage their better collaboration
in the workplace (Hatten, 2015).
 They can also develop training and development section in which they focus on the better
and improving performance in the workplace.

 In addition to HRM practices are the best way to maintain the better relation in the
Sainsbury. In which when the both side are capable towards the maintain the relation so
that employee and organization both are happy with their work and its level of practice
(Ebert and et.al., 2014).
