In addition to this management of thecompany must focus on the effectiveness.If the company focus on the HRM practices in more effective manner so that it will assistfor better understanding power in the organization. Moreover all above study will assistto manage it in more effective in the workplace (Kominis and Emmanuel, 2012).In their practices they are focus on the team work so that when they are their views andideas with each other at that time ask this work will assist to manage it in moreappropriate manner.In addition to that management also focus on the individual needs so that when it all fullfill that time they are more engage with their work with more concentration (Hülshegerand et.al., 2013). Management of the country also focuses on the individual feedback that concern witheach and every point. This will assist to remove all that things in more appropriatemanner.They also use open and closed sections in which employee express their views about thecompany and its management so that this will assist to manage their better collaborationin the workplace (Hatten, 2015).They can also develop training and development section in which they focus on the betterand improving performance in the workplace.
