employees in the company. It focuses on the
employee benefits such as pay, work-life balance
and safe working conditions.

2. Importance of employee relations in HRM decisions making
Employee relations are important in every organisation
as it build a friendly relationship among employees of the
company.
Work becomes easy if it is shared among the
employees(what is employee relations?, 2019)
It also enhances that many decisions are there which
cannot be taken by an individual so in
it employee relations play an important role.
If employee relations are healthy it neglects conflict in
the company.
For example: If the company is organizing some activity
in the working hours for refreshment for sometime and
ask to participate all the employees in that activity and
because of low employee relations they are not
cooperative it will be difficult for the company to
maintain employee relations so it is necessary in every
company for taking decisions(Importance of employee
relations, 2019)
