INTRODUCTION Human Resource function is an important organizational function specifically for small business who aim to make rapid growth in their industry. This report includes Human Resource Business proposal with specific focus on Human Resource operating model, resourcing and development. The small business firms selected for this report is The Estate Diary. IT is a UK based small scale dairy company which utilizes traditional milking methods with latest dairy processing technology to provide consumers healthy dairy products(The Estate Dairy, 2021). This report outlines Human Resource operating model which can support an SME, resourcing proposition which supports in attracting skilled employees. In addition to to this, development considerations to enhance skills and abilities of employees to ensure effective execution of business strategy are also included in this report. MAIN BODY Human Resource operating model Business Objectives of The Estate Diary The primary business objective of The Estate Diary is to provide consumers milk with bets quality and consistency. In addition tot his another business objective of the company is to expand beyond 250 pedigree Guernseys and gain fresh farms to produce good quality milk at large quantity. Another business objective of the The Estate Dairy is to offer consumer sustainablemilkwhichisproducedwithoutanytypeofanimalcruelty.Therespective organization aims to expand their range of products and offer different dairy products along with milk such as cheese, yogurt and Curd. The Human Resource operating model which can assist the respective company ensure efficient deliver of Human Resource services to reinforce business models is provided below. Human Resource Operating model for The Estate Diary Human Resource operating model is defined as they way in which Human Resource function is organized and operates in the company to ensure delivery of effective outcome to stakeholders outside and inside the company (Antony and et. al., 2019). It is not only limited to the organizational structure of Human Resource but also the roles an responsibilities present in the ultrastructure along with actors which enable completion of Human Resource functions such as technology and governance. This is because the central focus of this element of the Human Resource operating model is on aligning business strategy with Human Resource activities and initiatives. This will help the firm increase employee engagement and satisfaction. Aligning Human Resource activities and natives with business strategy will help the respective organization take strategic approach towards employee training and development. The Estate Dairy will be able to construct employee training and development programmes which helps increase employee capability to deliver accordingly with business strategy. By adopting the Ulrich Human Resource operating model, the respective company will construct skilled and talented workforce which is able to produce healthy and safe milk along with other dairy products.
