Introduction
Human resource management plays a very crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of
the employees of an organization. The human resource management of an organisation looks
after the recruitment and training process of the employees of an organisation. They are
responsible for creating a proper work environment in an organisation. The performance
appraisal decisions are also taken by the human resource management of an organisation. The
HR personnel looks after the employee's’ benefits, health care and compensation so, that their
efficiency can be increased. The efficiency of the employees also enhances the productivity of
the organization in domestic and international market. In the given assignment the role of human
resource management in enhancing the company’s performance in the marketplace will be
discussed.

Human resource management- The human resource management of the Tesco si tajing
various initiative in relation to create the positive atmosphere in the firm so that they all can
coordinate with other in the effective manner. They are the person without him the enterprise is
not able to running its business activities effectively. The role of the human resource manager is
to implement, manage, create and implement all the activities so that firm is able to supervise the
all policies and regulations. With the help of their appropriate function the organization as able
to run its activities smoothly.
Presently all the organizations in the economic market has human resource management
to fulfill the goal of the organization. The human resource management help the organisation in
increasing the overall output of the organization in the domestic and international market. The
human resource management of an organization looks after the performance of the employees of
an organization. They efficiently solve the employment related issues of the employees so, that
the working environment in an organization gets improved. The human resource management of
an organization develops an effective communication process between the management and the
employees. So, the overall working environment of the organization gets enhanced to motivate

social media so, that the news reaches to the targeted candidates within no time.

gets enhanced. Screening of the employees plays a very important role in the process of
