INTRODUCTION Human resource strategy is a long term plan for the overall business to manage the human capital to align it with the business activities which helps in setting the directionfor all thekeyareasofHRthatisappraisal,hiring,performanceappraisal,developmentand compensation. The chosen company for this discussion paper is 'Lambda Health' which operates in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia. It is currently has one facility in Sydney and another one in Melbourne with same strength and employees. It further explains various management theories and models(Chapman and et.al., 2018). MAIN BODY 1.Current problem The Covid -19 has led to major loss of human life globally and brought a biggest challenge for the public in their health, food system and the world of work. Millions of enterprises face an existential threat and this pandemic has risked the millions of livelihood at risk. Agricultural workers while feeding the world leads to the high level of poverty, poor health ormalnutrition(Chen, Chuang and Chen , 2018). Due to pandemic crisis, food security, public health, labour issues arise. In the context ofLimbda health, the employees have refused to comply with the NSW and Victoria state government vaccination mandates and the contracts also have been terminated. Some issues are such as there is a large group of female at the workplace in the staff who are on parental leave which is affecting the working of the company. The pandemic has caused disruptions to health services in the past two years which directly lead to decline in ROI where ROI is a performance measure which is used to measure the profitability and efficiency of the company(Fei and et.al., 2019). Environment Scanning In order to deal with various issues inLambda Health organisation, management team is looking to resolve the issues with the help of environment analysis. Environment analysis allows the organisation to ascertain its internal and external elements which can affect the business in positive or negative manner. It mainly focuses on the factors which helps in changing the environment and formulating a effective marketing strategy for the current position of the business.
