INTRODUCTION
HRM practices plays an effective role as they are responsible for recruitment of best
employee within the organisation. Human Resource manager is the person who implement all the
activities related to recruitment and selection process effectively. Along with this, HR maintains
a good relationship with all the staff members so that productivity and performance increases.
The different practices performed by human resources are training & development, employee
relation, recruitment & selection, compensation and rewards and so on. Performing of all these
practices effectively helps company to retain subordinates for longer time frame. In the present
report, Liverpool Victoria is chosen as a base company (Tomcikova and Coculova, 2020). The
company basically offers services such as life insurance, investment products, pension schemes
to the customers. The company was established in year 1843 and currently it have more than 6
million customers globally. Liverpool Victoria presently operated in 14 countries with its
talented 5,600 employees. The current report covers purpose & role of Human Resource within
an organisation. Recruitment & selection approaches along with advantages and disadvantage is
also discuss in the present report. Moreover, Importance of employee relation is and its impact
