Job Description
Job title: Maintenance worker at Mont Rose College

Core responsibilities
Technical skills related to fixing and maintaining the mechanical equipment, buildings
and flooring repair.
Problem solving ability and the versatility of working under pressure.
To keep the equipments required for cleaning and management at campus in good shape
and condition for well functioning.
Ensure the fullest availability of production equipments, proper utilities and safety
related facilities at optimal costs and under satisfactory conditions of quality.
Day to day activities
Performing cleaning activities in campus of college and work related to minor repairs.
Checking the control panels and electrical wiring to identify any issues.
Installing appliances and equipments at store for enhanced functioning of services and
keeping a coordination in communication with supervisors about the daily happenings
in college campus.
The person fits within the college campus if he works with utmost sincerity at work and use
good technical skills to complete the duties and responsibilities assigned by him.
Accountable to: He needs to report his supervisor in the assigned to the team of maintenance
workers with details about the functioning of store. He is expected to work with good technical
knowledge and function out the duties of keeping the college campus in well functioning state
all time.
Qualifications and skills
The hard skills required by this post are the technical ability, detail oriented work ability.
Organizational skills to work under pressure with versatility and dynamic nature to work in all
conditions. He must have the physical ability to work hard and reach the targets at time. The
