INTRODUCTION
Human resource management consist of managing the workforce in a company which is
running any business. This is the most important department of a firm as it helps in attainment of
appropriate personnel in an organisation. HRM is a management technique in order to make
people of an organisation to work in a proper and efficient manner. Workforce is managed under
this section of business to have a proper regulation and framework of performance. Planning of
job, recruitment, needs of employees, right people at right job are some of the consideration
under this practice of business.
This report is a complete description about CIPD map with a discussion to understand
human behaviour to manage them in an organisation. Core competencies strategies and there
differences have also been identified and discussed by Ulrich and CIPD in order to develop the
skills and knowledge of employees who are working in any organisation. There is a major role of
employees in an organisation to develop and conquer success in a company which have been
