Introduction
The project management is evaluated as standard tool to plan and manage the project
from various industries. The project is based on dealing to improve the project management
with successful completion of the project development work such as implementation of
online cash marketplace platform-iCrop. The app will maintain of the existing period of the

Globex Corporation was being founded in the year 2013 through its merger in two of
the larger local trades, Riverina Precision Farming, besides B T & Sons Farming Equipment.
Globex Corp. Globex is a client of Virtocon. The project is based on handling the expansion
of an online cash marketplace platform which is named as i-Crop. There is development of
iCrop as well as application in the house for delivering solutions on time. It is a new system
which is not able to replace any existing system. iCrop is added value for the clients of
Globex who grow as well as purchase of grain. I-Crop is easier to use interface as well as it is
a mobile enabled platform which can enable easier access to both domestic as well as export
opportunities.
