1.4 Reflections on development of skills
I analysed that development of skills is found to be very important for the students in
the success path of life. For the purpose of reflecting my experience, I used Kolb's reflective
learning theory. It is the learning cycle which is sued by an individual in order to create
knowledge by transforming past experience.
Concrete Experience: It was a great experience for me when access the online
classes of LEAP online. A tutor told me about this website and I felt really amazing as I got
many knowledge and information about the development of academic skills and ICT skills. I
also analyse that when I was accessing online classes then I have a doubt that is it good for
me to take online classes for the development of academic skills and information and
communication skills. But my doubt was very wrong as I got to know that how an individual
can develop academic skills and ICT skills. I got many assignments which provided me a
knowledge that how can I develop academic skills and information communication
technology skills. So the overall experience was very good for me.
