1.1 Learner introduction and summary of HSC aspirational goals and how development of
Academic and ICT skills will help this process (300 words)
Learning process has a crucial necessity in a student’s life in order to succeed
towards personal growth and development. For instance, a student with sufficient
knowledge is considered and recognised above other students with less knowledge
and interpersonal skills. Moreover, higher knowledge and information leads to
acceleration of personal growth and development of a student in life. These
enormous numbers of skills and values has their own importance in a student or
any individual’s entire life (Bachik. and Kitzman, 2020). Improvisation and
enhancement of these skills facilitates in efficient academic result as teachers and
mentors in an educational institute are aimed at overall development of a student.
Therefore, initiating efficient efforts for development and improvising these skills
and values result in personal development of a student in order to succeed in life.

performance in test and exams
with outstanding performance in
dictation of words in written
exams and assignments. For
instance, it especially focuses on
accuracy of dictation of students
in written form of submission to
their teachers or mentors.

Referencing badge In my learning phase I have
learned the important function
of referencing which includes
providing recognition of source
used by me for gathering or
using some particular
information or knowledge. With
the authorised practice of
appropriate referencing I have
been able to acquire this
referencing badge as an honour
of performing fair practice of
contributing credits to the
person initiated efforts in the
actual and primary completion
of work.

have been taught for not using
or copying someone else's work
in my name without providing
