above section, it has been completely clear that the project manager may be in-charge of the
project but the coordination among the team members is the key of making the project
successful. The resources are very crucial for supporting the development of the project. The
project sponsor is responsible for managing the resources for the project. Communication skills
must be good of all the team members. The team members will be communicating with the
project manager after completion of the respective tasks. Each progress will be documented
through the reports. These reports will be sent to the project manager. The project manager will
be responsible for handling the issues that are directly related to project. The external issues will
be handled by the project sponsor. The project sponsor will also be collecting information
