Introduction
The utilization of project management principles and techniques become more helpful in large
extent to align the implication of various operations. The utilization of different consecutive
operations is aligned to execute different activities related with the project work. It also becomes
helpful to perform all functions related to all activities. In this assignment, it discusses about the
detailed analysis of team charter, roles and responsibilities, team rules and expectations, skill and
knowledge inventory etc. The application of all activities becomes proper for the project to be
aligned for outlining the use of various activities in the favor of various operations alignment.
Moreover, communication plan, learning cycle and reflections are also discussed in this
particular report. The uses of different progressive tasks are adjusted for having the better

Project Overview
In this paper, it mainly focuses on organization ‘Globex’ which is one the important client of
Virtucon. This organization have signed contract with Virtucon for the development of a online
farm stud management system for the delivery of project at exact time. The system is developed
to substitute the manual system already used in Globex and also helps to resolve all faced
problems which mainly occurred because of the deployment of manual system.
