Ensuring Installation for minimizing disruptions
The installation is done using remote logging during the break hours of the employee such that there
is no disruption in the workplace environment.
Interpretation of Software Manual for the identification
of basic functions
The software manual is needed to be shared with the users such that the basic functionality of the
software is interpreted with the user. The distribution of the software manual to the group of users
also increases the usability of the software and help in improving the performance of the employees
working in the organization.
Testing of software
After completing the installation process successfully it is needed to be tested multiple times since
the different machines have different configuration and the software may be incompatible with a
hardware causing error in the networked system. The testing is automated with the creation of basic
images of the operating system with base configuration. The software is installed in virtual
environment under the configuration for identification of the errors and compatibility.

Some of the installer file downloaded for x64 bit platform may not run in x86 platform and thus
before starting the installation process of the software the architecture of the host machine is
needed to be checked such that the software can be installed successfully in the targeted system.

version installed for the machine. Maintaining a record of the software installed in the computers
helps in management of the updates and controlling the installation of any third party applications.

permission is allowed for the group of users such that it cannot be used for illegal use.
