For this case there are several stakeholders, which are doctors, nurses, Australianyouths, staffs, IT staffs and many more. These stakeholders can be classified into differentgroups, which are internal stakeholders, External stakeholders, Operational stakeholders andExecutive stakeholders. Comprising this further classifications are Internal-operational, Internal-Executive, External-Operational and External-Executive stakeholders. Internal stakeholders arethose stakeholders who are part of the company like IT staffs, manager, etc. Similarly, externalstakeholders are those who are from outside the organization or those who does not belong to theorganization like consumers (Australian Youth), suppliers, resource provider, etc. Executivestakeholders are those who are related to the project indirectly such as donors, Government,finance provider etc. Internal-operational stakeholders are the stakeholders who are involved inthe process to make the project successful and are member of the organization like Staffs,
HEADSPACE PROJECTprogrammers, system designer, Accountants, Staffs, etc. Similarly, internal-executivestakeholders are the individuals who are part of the organization who plays vital role in decision-making process for the organization. It involves Board committee members, Project Manager,resource provider, Top Management etc. Additionally, External-operational stakeholders are thestakeholders who are not a part of the organization; however have authority to access the offeredproduct or equipment.
