Project definition Project aim is that to accomplish the project aims and objectives. Apart from that, itgives strength and identical with those of support to accomplish the project task. This encourageto starting the project and finish into systematic manner. Problem StatementContinuous increase in competitors organization using the technology has influenced thebusiness. Burger king requires to keep up with even effective competitive strategies. Moreover,sustainable change and the evolution of digital technology has had an impact on Burger king'soutlets.
