Introduction In the modern business environment, they are mostly dependent upon the technology.Technology nowadays is playing the huge role in terms of making the business to attain the topposition in the competitive market. In addition to that, innovation is much needed for raising thegrowth of the business in the competitive market. In this study, it mainly focuses on theimplementation of the technology for gaining the growth of the business as well as creating alevel of innovation also. Moreover, there is a discussion regarding the aims and objectives of theproject along with that conducting a proper project plan. It also showcases the quantitative aswell as the qualitative methods for finding the results of the impact of technology on businessgrowth and innovation process. In order to show the proper implementation of technology, it isused in small business like Network Critical Solutions. that requires the support in terms of getting improved and creates a position in the competitivemarket and their aim is to become a large venture in the technology market of UK.P2 Producing a project management plan The project management plan is mainly conducted in terms of completing the task at theappropriate time and in a correct manner. In addition to that, if any response the organisationmisses any of the steps of the project management plan then it can create a lot of trouble. As perthe view of Audretsch and Belitski (2017, p.1050), the main importance of project managementplan that it helps in terms of understanding the quality of time, the scope, risk, communicationand the resource of the projects. Those are discussed in the below section Scope In the small business organisation, the higher authority is required to have a contact with theother employees in order to take any kind of decision. The business organisation at the time ofplanning is required to find their scope for the betterment of conducting the research on arelevant basis. In the opinion of Autio et al. (2014, p.1107), the use of social media and othertechnology equipment is helpful in terms of making the business on the top position in thecompetitive market. In the case of Network Critical Solutions, they are providing training to theiremployees which help them to use the technology in an appropriate way for resolving any kindof problem. Moreover, they are using the projector for developing the skills of their employees.Quality of time and cost In the organisation, when there is the implementation of new projects there is a requirement ofhaving a budget which is required to be followed by the organisation form the starting till theend. The time is required to be set in such a way that it could meet the deadline for each of thetask and give their best within that time frame. As opined by Brunswicker and Vanhaverbeke(2015, p.1260), the implementation of technology is helpful for any business in terms of theirexpanding in the competitive market. For Network Critical Solutions, in order to make theirorganisation grow much higher, there is a requirement of conducting a plan by keeping in mindthe deadline of the task.Communication In the organisation, if there is a launch of a project it is compulsory for the higher authority tohave a proper flow of communication. As per Díaz-Chao et al. (2015, p.1442), for effective4
communication, the use of social media is much helpful. Network Critical Solutions is using thesocial media for making a good communication between the employees and it is also helpful forsaving a lot of time. Resources and risk In the business organisation, the use of technology sometimes creates risk for the employeesthose are not having the appropriate knowledge. In the opinion of Fishman et al. (2014, p.100),the technology creates problems such as in the process of manufacturing. For Network CriticalSolutions is required to follow some measures for tackling with the risk as well as there is arequirement of resources also. Plan (Refer to project libre file)Network Critical Solutions for expanding their business is required to follow the status of themarket and then developed their plan according to that way. The impact of technology in thebusiness organisation is required to be followed by the implementation of the new service. Interms of introducing new software, the organisation in the first step has recruited a softwaredevelopment employee for getting the positive result. The company has set the budget for $3million in terms of introducing the technology. There is a requirement of 8 months for theimplementation of the strategy.5
