The title of the research project is to identify the “Impact of delayed product
delivery, service, and installation, lack of customized products, and limited
outlets on a company.”

Futoria home solutions is not a leading firm in India. This investigation is
applied in terms of solving the concerns related to longer time duration for
delivery, older patterns, design and, limited outlets, lack of customized
designs. It would be also beneficial for providing the opportunity to resolve
the concerns (Annappa & Panditrao, 2014).

With respect to this research, 50 consumers would be selected who
purchased furniture.

Under this investigation, quantitative research will be applied through a
researcher since it will be executed in terms of quantifying the concern by
way of developing numerical data. It will be changed into practical statistics.
It will be also chosen in order to quantifying the behaviours, opinion, and
attitudes of participants. It also evaluates the determined variables as well
as, generalise the outcoe through large overall population. On the other side,
qualitative study will not be chosen because no requirement in terms of
obtaining theoritical data related to research concern (Hair Jr, Page, &
Brunsveld, 2019).
Under this research, primary data gathering technique will be implemented
by an investigator. Primary data would be gathered by using survey through
questionnaires. It will be chosen by an investigator since it facilitates in
terms of capturing the first-hand and fresh information related to research
issue (Eriksson & Kovalainen, 2015).
Industries or groups who will be contacted or involved (even if
