Brief description of project
The aim of the project is to determine the impacts that have been caused on the employee
health due to the high occurrence of attending night shifts within the workplace
The research will be carried out in New Zealand, which can ensure determining the
condition of New Zealand workplace and also about the night shifts, which have
impacted the health and wellbeing of the employees largely. The research will be done in
one of the workplace of organisation named Oji Fiber in New Zealand.
Who will be the participants?
The participants of the research are actually considered as the research samples, who
have been taken into consideration for the collection of data and information, required to
be analysed and interpreted for drawing positive outcomes. The participants are the
employees of Oji Fiber who have been doing night shifts. Few of the managers are also
considered as the respondents from whom necessary data and information have been
derived based on their responses.
The participants of the research are 50 employees of the organisation, i.e., Oji Fiber and
5 managers of the organisation (Dembe & Yao, 2016).
Methods
The survey process is done with the help of distributing the survey questionnaires to the
respondents, based on which, their responses and opinions were considered as
quantitative data. This has been done with the consideration of random probability
sampling method whereas the non-probability convenience sampling technique helped in
conducting interviews with the managers, who provided their valuable responses,
opinions and feedbacks regarding the impact of night shifts on the employee health.
Industries or groups who will be contacted or involved (even if they will not be
participants).
The 50 employees are to be considered as samples while ding the survey process and to
these individuals, the survey questionnaires are to be distributed. The information and
data of the participants of research are to be kept confidential for preventing any kinds of
unauthorised access, furthermore, prevent loss of confidential data and information too
for maintaining confidentiality, ethicality and business values too.
Ethical considerations.
The ethical principles are managed here with the consideration of human participants and
