CHAPTER 1 : INTRODUCTION
Leadership in the organization must be important from which the employee can keep
their better performance and make sure about the motivation. This could be important for
knowing about the various things related to the leadership styles at their organization. While this
might be important part for the companies from which they can make more strategies for which
they can work and make workforces for working with effective manner. In some of the
organization they mainly give more importance to the leader for which they can work and make
their more strategies in which they can easily work. Although this might be also important for
working with different leadership styles for which the organization can easily come to know
about their employee can work and make their better goals and objective. This research explain
about the aim and objective along with the rationale the main part for research. Moreover, also
examined about the literature review with the help of various author and their thoughts. Also,
explain about the research methods which have been used for making the research.
Background
Burberry UK is the fashion house industry which deal with the many fashion industry
across the large size of countries. It basically, designed the Trench coats which seems to be most
famous. Along with the leather goods, eye wear, foot wear, cosmetics etc. The company have the
main focus on the developing the outdoor attire, for which the company has moved to the high
fashion industry while with the exclusive brand position. Burberry UK have also opened the
shop in Haymarket from which they have the better income sources (Burberry, 2017). The
company have also keep their main focus on houses and distributers for sunglasses, fragrances,
trainers and cosmetics. While through which organization ca set up their business for working
with effective manner.

effective manner. While this might be also important for the organization for keeping the

various industry. Leadership styles play the role for having the employee performance and
motivation in which they can make the proper strategies for which they can work and make sure
about the working skills. The employee can contacted with overall higher position and might be
having the longer employee group that can intrinsic motivation which retained under the
