business efficiency and thus facilitates a significant rise in effectiveness and efficiency of
organisation that will lead to rise in its customer satisfaction and ability of running different
business activities which will support a good increase in execution of business activities that help
in suitable increase in effectiveness of company to execute business activities and meeting of
targeted goals and activities. Besides this, digital tools and techniques have helped to connect
with its customers in much effective and significant manner, which will support a rise in business
functions which will lead to an improvement in customers’ needs and demands and come up
with innovative products and services that help in rise in business activities and actions that are
followed by firm. This will lead to increase in revenue generation and thus will help in effective
management of different activities within a firm (Barrett and et.al., 2015.).

trends and practices and adopt m in an effective and significant manner that will help in rise in

functions which help in good growth and development of enterprise. The present assessment of
project will take 58.5 days for completion which is approximately about two months. The timely
management of project will help firm to improve its effectiveness and customer satisfaction level
by providing products and services in stipulated and targeted time frame (Fitzgerald and et.al.,
2014).
Cost: Financial resources will be required for better execution of different business operations
that will support a rise in effectiveness and promote better execution of business activities and
thus will help in good increase in operational capability of enterprise. Or than this, extents of
money that company will lay on improvement of its business activities which will help in a good
rise in consumers contentment level. Or than this, it will bring sustainability for company in

Based on effective data, investigation process that has been carried out at cited retail
enterprise, Tesco plc, it can be said that effective handling and utilization of digital technologies
have helped in better improvement in execution of business performance of organisation. The
research process and data analysis has helped to improve their business performance in a better
way. The adoption of latest and advance digital and IT tools have helped trade enterprise to
increase business performance of organisation and thus have help in better improvement in

operational capability of cited business entity to meet and fulfil customer’s requirements and
handle different trade activities in a very effective manner (Cearley, Burke and Walker, 2016.).
Other than this, it can be said based on analysis that digital tools and techniques are

customers of Tesco plc and get a good insight of needs and demands of organisation that will
help in effective growth of in capability and meeting of targeted goals and activities. Or than this,
this is been identified that good rise in usage of digital technologies have positively impacted
performance of cited enterprise. This will help in good rise in the compatibility and meeting of
the operations and activities in a much effective way. This will also help in superior growth and
rise in the core competencies and handling of the business operation's related to cited retail
enterprise. This will support to a good planning of the retail activities and activities which will
help in suitable improvement in effectiveness of the activities. Other than this, the rise in the
operational calibre of the organisation will help in improvement on the efficiency to achieve the
targeted aims and objectives that are been set by data investigator. It will also improve the
customer satisfaction level and thus will facilitate a better rise in operational capacity of the cited
