safety of patients, quality of medical services, reduce drug errors and
strengthens interaction between carer & clients. It include several
technological equipment. Machines, software and applications which are
favorable to maintain accuracy of communicating information related to
patients. However. It is essential communicate appropriate data about sick
people so that correct decision can be made in terms of providing more
effective as well as efficient medication for their better health.
