some issues was faced by organisation while using social media as a type of marketing tool such

and Lamberti, 2016). The tool of social media is the widely used tool that has a huge influence
on improvising the operations of an organisation, thus social media tools involve Facebook,
twitter, YouTube, Instagram etc. that plays vast role in establishing effective communication
channels among organisations or its customers at global level.
