Chapter 3 – Research Design
3.1 Introduction
In this chapter of the dissertation, it would likely be made by the characteristics to understand

utilized to analyze the research issue are defined as a research methodology. By investigating
the research aims using the methodologies used. We should use both primary and secondary
research to perform the analysis on the effects of the World Wide Web on Tesco's significant
market dominance. The term "research methodology" refers to a method of solving a research
question by following a set of steps to conduct the study. The information gathered through
these methods is both quantitative and qualitative. As a result, the focus of this study will be
on the role of Strategic human resource management, in organizational effectiveness. In this
regard, Tesco, a retail behemoth in the United Kingdom, will be used as a case study, as well
as the effect of SHRM on the organization will be examined.
3.2 Research strategy
The data of Tesco's increased market share has been collected using a variety of research
methodologies by collecting the data. With respect to the (Lončar et al 2017), methodological
approaches can be carried out by experimentation, case analysis, surveys, research methods,
and a variety of other methods. To participate in this research paper, a literature review is
used as a research methodology. There are many kinds of research method these are-
Descriptive methods focuses on obtaining information in order to determine the essence from
something as it already exists. Quantitative study explores features of the proposed study that
aren't quantifiable and so can't be measured or analyzed quantitatively. Quantitative
approach, on the other hand, makes extensive use of measuring and statistical analysis tools.
Conceptual research in which new innovative ideas and thoughts and logical integrity are
included Various experimental observations are implemented in the empirical research.
