within workplace in order to improve the performance and productivity of business.
• The research is based on the impact of technology and the requirements needed for
River Island’s employees to carry out their roles and collaborate (Hicks, 2019).

workers, work and technology. It drives an opportunity to move to new and unique
models of working and business performance.

as it can influence the performance and productivity of business.
