Topic: To identify the impact of technology and the requirements needed for employees to carry
out their roles and collaborate in workplace transformation.
INTRODUCTION
Workplace transformation is that important aspects for each organization where number of
people is working collectively as they belong to different culture and values. This could be
defined as workplace change initiative as a catalyst that provide an opportunity to employees to
work effectively. The managers have good skills and abilities to understand problems of their
staff and solve them which support to develop the organizational productivity. It has been seen
that if employees are flexible towards work then it will be good opportunity to grow their
business and accomplish business goals (Meske, and Junglas, 2021). To increase business
performance Morrison has been selected that is large size UK based super market sales different
types of products and services. The management of such organization understand needs of their
employees and allow them to work accordingly. The report will help to develop understanding
