INTRODUCTION
Managing sustainability practices holistically within the firms is challenging and requires
a sound and effective management framework that helps to integrates the all associated practices
and performance dimensions to act for excellence. In other words, Corporate sustainable
management is the core essential form of things which found that the high sustainability
companies significantly outperform their counterparts. Sustainability is the core valuable element
for the business organization which makes the company more competitive. In present business
era it makes the process more reliable. Present study will talk about the implementation of
sustainability at an organizational level for this study will briefly outline about the UAE United
Arab Emirates. Further in this report, study will outline about the key sustainability concerns
and the impact of business activities on these concerns. Also, it will provides a range of theories
and models like Triple Bottom Line, Corporate Social Responsibility and business ethics.

Implementation sustainability is the important duty for the organization strategies and
operations which makes the high impact on the overall generation. Top environmental problems
and their impact on Global business (Bepari and Mollik, 2016). There are so many issues that has
been recently faced by the organization in UAE. Like Pollution, waste disposal, Climate change,
drought inadequate access to water etc. so all of these goals and targets. There are given some
following goals which clearly makes. Ultimately, it makes the

Sustainability issues are a subject at the the forefront of the minds which clearly
mentioned the high demanding force. When we look at the impacts everyday living has on the
environment. Such issues might have hive the negative impact on the overall things which is
ineffectively makes the wrong impact on the overall performance. Public Policy & Climate
change this is the most significant challenge of current and future generations.
There are some issues & Challenges consists in sustainability:-
Public Policy & Climate Change : Climate change is the most difficult issue that has
been found in the place (Bocken, Rana and Short, 2015). Due to which many of the hospitality
firms get affected and facing range of issues. UAE having a dry weather due to which clients not
