CPI= EV/AC and BAC is the final budget of the project

5 COST SUMMARY
The speculation of the costs of the project can be done considering the resources of the
project and the alignment of the activities and utilization of the integration of the
operations. The costs analysis for the resources would allow the utilization for the
resources of both human and materials for the alignment of the cost operations. The
