There are significant relationships which are existed between safety systems
along with accident rates. The safety management system is predicted of worker
engagement levels. Into each of the organization, there should be proper safety
of employees which are highest priority of the workers those are involved into

safety knowledge, performance and reduction of negative outcomes.
