Digital technology is a core concept that assist in providing quality services in an

2015). Main objective of choosing this research topic is that through this, researcher can enhance
their interpersonal skill for the future working practices. These kind of practices assist in

which helps executing business activities effectively. As per observation, it has been identified
that digital technology have not only simplified work of healthcare professionals but it has also
saved life of many patients with quick and effective services. Digital technology have also
contributed in the improvement of medical process and practices that results in enhancement of
quick and effective services. It has been analysed that HFG healthcare is availing home based
services to its patient with the usage of advance technology. It can be said that availing home
based medical services is an easy task for any hospital as it requires high level of technology and
huge number of medical professional which owns capabilities of providing safe treatment to the
patients (The Impact of Technology on Healthcare, 2015). In relation to HFG Healthcare, it can
be said that importance of digital technology can be seen in the benefits for the company which
are described as below:
Easy to diagnose: Importance of digital technology can be seen as improvement of
patients care as medical staff of HFG Healthcare can use this mobile technology and other
medical software while treating employees. For example: Now a days, medical staff are using
software while providing treatment to patients in order to check their previous details. These

There are primarily two kind of research approach that is needed to be applied by the
investigator. Research approaches are Inductive approach and deductive. In Inductive approach,
several types of latest theories are implemented which are based on the different kinds of
assumptions as well as models, outcome of these are based on facts and figures (McGrath,
2012). Whereas, in deductive approach, present numerical facts and figures are being considered
on the basis of their observation. Present research is going to implement inductive research
approach.

This part point out several types patterns as well as beliefs which is going to be applied
by the researcher, thus the entire research operations will be conducted in appropriate way. It is
duty of investigator person to select correct philosophy for their enterprise so the results can be
accomplished in appropriate manner (Costen and Salazar, 2011). Furthermore, their are mainly
two type of philosophy Utilise in the research project one is positivism as well as another is
interpretivism. In positivism, the experts utilise maths as well as science related models. On the

Data sampling is the method that will assist the researcher person in gathering particular
facts, figures and data. It is the effective way through which accurate results can be gained in the
end of the research project. Generally, there are two types of data sampling method by that
research data can be gathered and these two are probabilistic as well as non-probabilistic
(Rummler and Brache, 2012). Out of which in probabilistic method, number of respondents are
chosen according to the random sampling. Whereas, In the non-probabilistic method, odds of
several number persons are selected as per the samples. Apart from this, Non probabilistic data
sampling method is not at all effectual because in this collected data is not being evaluated in
accurate manner. Although, in the research project investigating person is utilising probabilistic
method of sampling. There are 30 respondents selected by investigator for this research project.
Methods of data collection
For continuing research project there is requirement of collecting data and there are
several methods of gathering data. There are mainly two types of information or data assembling
technique explanation of these are as follows :-
 Primary data – It is the first hand data gathered by the investigator which is not
published in any books, journal, newspaper and so on. There are several source of
collecting primary data such as interview, questionnaires, survey ans so on.
 Secondary data – This is that data which has been already published or used by anyone.
As well there are several different ways through which data will be collected such as
daily paper, diaries, books, magazines, diaries and so on (Sirmon and et. al., 2011).

Secondary data is utilise for collecting as well as gathering needed facts and figures that
will assist in generating high income or revenue in better way.
This research project is going to use primary data collection method for gathering facts
and statistical figures.

Ethical consideration is the core concept of research project because it is the duty of
researcher person to be honest with the data has been gathered as well as not should be shared

investigator can conduct entire operation related to research in a appropriately and result in

to achieve several opportunities that is available in the business environment and result in
development HFH Healthcare. The company is needed to use several type of innovative methods
