But HFH healthcare is small scale organisation thus, whileimplementing technologies they have to take care of their budget because technologies aren'tcheap.This research project will discuss about the impact of digital tools have on the operationsin small scale businesses. With the assistance of Digital technologies companies can providebetter services to their patients in case of emergencies also (Brewster and Hegewisch, 2017).HFH Healthcare is a company which is providing services related to health care. In health care organisation, these kind of practices play a most important role inorder to providing advanced and digitalized services to patients (Pollock, Wick and Jefferson,2015). Main objective of choosing this research topic is that through this, researcher can enhancetheir interpersonal skill for the future working practices. These kind of practices assist inproviding detailed information of digital technology that enhance working approaches in healthcare sector. According to the thought of Moser, 2012, it can be said that digital technology is helpfulin improving working conditions of every sector as it avails various easy options to businesseswhich helps executing business activities effectively. As per observation, it has been identifiedthat digital technology have not only simplified work of healthcare professionals but it has alsosaved life of many patients with quick and effective services. Digital technology have alsocontributed in the improvement of medical process and practices that results in enhancement ofquick and effective services. It has been analysed that HFG healthcare is availing home basedservices to its patient with the usage of advance technology. It can be said that availing homebased medical services is an easy task for any hospital as it requires high level of technology andhuge number of medical professional which owns capabilities of providing safe treatment to thepatients (The Impact of Technology on Healthcare, 2015). In relation to HFG Healthcare, it canbe said that importance of digital technology can be seen in the benefits for the company whichare described as below: Easy to diagnose: Importance of digital technology can be seen as improvement ofpatients care as medical staff of HFG Healthcare can use this mobile technology and othermedical software while treating employees. For example: Now a days, medical staff are usingsoftware while providing treatment to patients in order to check their previous details.
