leisure industries. They are vital motivator behind tourism and figure prominently in the growth and
market plans of supreme destination. The public is the participants in the festivals since festivals are just
celebration for the local community. There are numerous disciplines areas that are utilized when

linked to intellectualizing peoples as competing individuals pretty than socially connected human beings.
Events are necessary since they assist in bringing back values which are helpful in bringing the society
together such as goodwill, trust, co-operation, and reciprocity which are currently which are currently
fading. There is need of enhancing the growth of fresh century of optimism and this cannot be achieved
by moving competitively in the direction of a more civilized future (Quinn, 2013, p. 34).
The knowledge of events and festivals in real event management is used by the government as a
podium for economic and industrial expansion. The justification of event-related expenditure is done
based on the economic impact the event has to the host. Politically, events also assist in enhancing the
face of tourism or the region. There are also issues in environment connected with festivals and that is the
reason why some host has an exclusive bodily features that can be practically advantageously in
publicizing festival but some of the physical traits may need a specified strategy to guarantee safety
against undesirable impacts such as the destruction in environment, overcrowding, and noise from local
population point of view (Yeoman, 2016, p. 21).
Festivals or events are necessary for the society since it assists in the expansion of a common
social determination and frequently, festival presence also equip numerous sub-groups voice whose
dissimilarity is triggered by the ethnicity and not preferences. However, management of event helps in
determining whether it has an impact on the structure and social life of the community or lessen from the

The event staging has the effect on the community life socially and the structure because it
assists in detracting or enhancing social environment of that particular area. In real event management,
there is need of participation and consultation of hot communities in order to help in avoiding numerous
