This research aims to investigate the reason for leaders of organisations to consider how they deliver bad news and different ways that could be helpful for delivering it in a better manner with the motive of developing a more positive employment relationship between management and employees. The report discusses the significance of effective leadership, why organisational leaders need to consider an appropriate way for delivering bad news, and different ways that could be considered by leaders for delivering bad news. The report uses qualitative methodology and interview as a data collection technique. The target population and sample are also discussed along with access and ethical issues.
