By using the primary data collection method I make the questionnaire and run the survey by taking the employee of the TESCO company where they give the answer of all the question and I have found that the TESCOcompany employeesare suffering from the discrimination problems at their workplace, and they also provide the suggestion which can be helpful for them to address the problems of the discrimination at their workplace, and they can make the working environment better for the company. This all data I have collected by using the research methodology and helpful for the address this issues and take competitive advantages in the market where they are operating their business. As per the research project, I have learned about the importance of gender discrimination at the workplace. This is necessary for the every organization to make this issue a first priority of their business because it can create many problems like democratization in employees and it will affect on their performance. They will not able to give their best in task I result company can face losses in their business, and they will not able to achieve their set target to make their business successful in the market. I have learned about the issues which can be faced by the employees who are working TESCO company and In the literature review I have discussed all the question of which are related to the discrimination and also provide the strategies which can be useful for the TESCO company overcome from the problems, and they can take competitive advantages in the market.
