INTRODUCTION
Employability skill are identified as the transferrable skill which is useful for each job
and this involve the development factors which aids individual for formulate the expertise,
knowledge base and this helps a person to become more attractive from the perspective of
employers. Employability skills consists soft skill, work-readiness skills and foundational skills.
The primary role of employability skills is to improve the company performance, minimise the
error and then to promote collaboration with the co-workers for completion of all work in an
effective manner (López‐Miguens, Caballero and Álvarez‐González, 2021). This report is
written from perspective of the Imperial College London and this is identified as one of the well-
known public research university which promote organisation to perform work in a proper
manner. Moreover, this report highlights on the role of information and communication
technology related with education and the example as well as importance of ICT for students. In
the last, reflective report to learn and develop the range of employability skills will also focus in
this report.
TASK 1
Role of information as well as communication technology
ICT stands for information along with communication technology and this provide the broader
meaning to the information technology. The main role of communication technology is to
provide the tools related with access, store, retrieve and modify the information in a digital
manner. Information and technology is also used to refer the media technology which engage the
audio-visual and also, telephone networks which is used for implement the unified system of
cabling. It includes both the signal distribution and computer network. This is not universally
adopted as each country formulates the concept and methods to use information technology
according to their requirements. Moreover, the present information define that all initiatives are
related with current information and this also refers that facilitator perform an important role and
they are related according to the decided skills and practices. The teacher training consists of
formulate different practices which transform all individuals and their uses according to the
decided education course (Wheelahan and Moodie,2021). All the current practices and reasons
for influence the ICT aids management to minimise the impact related with student achievement.
