Hence, HR professional have to recruit such number of employees whom have bettersort of knowledge and get motivated all the time as well. There are different kind of motivationalfactors are identify whom support in making things corrective in nature. Motivation can be oftwo types of financial and non monetary. Thus, ASDA have to utilise appropriate technique ofmotivation through which they are going to motivate all employees in an appropriate manner forbetter and appropriate productivity.Every research have a specified manner which have to follow by a researcher in anappropriate manner so that chances of fulfil all outcomes of project become possible in manner.Thus, ASDA conduct a research under which they want to identify the impact of motivationalfactors of employees productivity.
