INTRODUCTION
Career is a process that make by individual after learned many things and get many
experience. For make career in human resource field that by individual is very lengthy process
and different types of skills and knowledge also need for make career in chosen field. Candidate
get opportunity for job through recruiters and it conveyance to candidates for apply to job. So on
that time many Skills and knowledge like communication, problem solving, coordination and
creative skills and knowledge like technical, legislation and rules for provide protection to

communicate to peoples but I feel hesitation and nervousness so this issue effect on my
interaction and that reduce my confidence. It very important for attract to candidates and peoples
and increase self confidence. I also analyze that I do not coordinate to peoples and members and
it creates conflicts between them. This skills very important for achieve objective and prevent
issues and conflicts between them. I have not proper skill of problem solving because I do not
gather all information and reason of issue and problem that create wrong thinking I mind of
employees. This skill important for solve all issues knows about condition for improvement.
Decision making skills available in me but I can not take proper decision. This skill necessary for
making decision quickly at any time. I have technical knowledge but I do not focus on latest
technology and innovation. So it also has need for adopt new technology for improve and
develop. Many skills are not present in me like understand to candidates during interview,
