information in more simpler manner as well as saves their efforts. It also consist the ability of
using the laser pointers for the narration which assist presenter to make eye contact with the
audience with the same time when concentrating on some bullet points. It provides an effective
opens to the presenter which is digital signature. This will not allow other users to make
modification and add any changes on the content of presentation without the permission of other

and shared on low memory device. While comparing Microsoft PowerPoint with Microsoft
word, it has been identified that Ms word is used for making the document whereas Ms
PowerPoint is used to make the document more attractive by using various methods of
animations, slides, etc. Ms word is used to prepare those documents that need higher amount of
text and tables (Patel and Blasiak, 2020). On the other hand MS PowerPoint is used in mainly
those cases where user wants to give a presentation.
