INTRODUCTION
Skills plays an important and vital role in an individual life. Skills and abilities of a person
reflects the knowledge and ideologies from.which they are able to perform well in their personal
and professional life as well. In this context, the report is illustrating the importance of the
various skills and abilities in the reflective manner. It includes the personal swot analysis from
which it will be easy to understand the skills set and its importance effectively (Wang, 2020). In
addition, it also involves the career prospects and career opportunities of the various skills from
which an individual can be able to perform well at personal and professional level as well.

SWOT analysis
The swot analysis is a tool or technique which is utilized by the organization and an individual
person to identify and recognize the internal structure of environmental of the particular
existence. It includes the person strength, areas if improvement, opportunity and a threat.
According to me, here performing my personal swot analysis from which I can be able to
understand and evaluate my performance and ability which will be very effective and beneficial
for me in the future times.
Strength: The first factor determines the concept of the power and strength of an individual.
According to me, I am very good at leading myself and also in conducting the people in the
organization effectively (Salmani, Mohammadi-Nasrabadi, and et.al., 2021). I believe that I have
an excellent leadership skill which will be very effective in the future existence. For being a
marketing manager I am having major skills like leadership and self-management skill which I
believe that it is my strength. This skill will also help me to understand the people needs and
requirements and can be able to provide and fulfil all the roles and responsibilities of the
marketing manager. I am also capable in numerical skills which is the important part of the
marketing manager. Having these skills as my strength will help me to become more effective in
my career and job role and drives me to be a successful person in the future existence.
Weakness: The second factor of analysis describes the weakness of a person from which they
cannot be able to move forward. Looking at me, I am having major weaknesses in myself which
can create a problem for me in the future time. I am very weak at my communication skill which
makes me to not able to approach maximum number of consumers. Communication skills is the
most important skill which an individual should have and obtain in their personal life. Along
