1IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAL VALUE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLValue Audit:The following values that I personally hold with high regard have helped me completing myundergraduate degree. Integrity: entails honesty and strong sense of ethics in me that in feel has led me to the decencyand commitment to certain purpose.Respect: refers to the valuing of voice and opinion, strong self-esteem and cherish thecontribution of others.Wisdom: helped me possessing inclusive vision, intuition, experience, intelligence and judgmentqualityLeadership: taking responsibility and becoming the role model exampleAccountability: taking responsibility of own deeds and the accepting any kind of criticismCapability Audit:Good communication is one of the major qualities that most of the employers seek whileselecting a graduate for certain job (Robles 2012). This is because an effective communicationcan lead to a profitable business outcome (DeKay 2012). The experience is also a factor in thisregard. While working previously with managers of CBA, I had to meet different businesspersonnel’s regularly, which I believe has increased my capacity to communicate effectivelywith professionals. I always keep it in mind that to enhance my communication skill I mustensure that I am able to connect with people rather than just meeting them up.

2IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAL VALUE AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLAs the assistant risk manager of the CBA bank I had huge responsibility regarding theadministrative procedure of the organization such as strategic planning for reducing the riskfactor, taking care of my team, implementing the strategies in the entire department that might beaffected by the risk, time and the priority management and others. Apart from all tasks I had tobalance the social and professional life while my organization performed the CSR activities,effective business communication with clients required good organizational and administrativeskills. Therefore, I believe I have the quality of managing the organizational and administrativework, as most of the employers look for as one of the selection criterion in a graduate (Goetschand Davis 2014).Apart from having work experience as the assistant risk manager of CBA, I also workedin a small financial service provider company while doing my undergraduate degree. There I hadworked with a team of 10 people. In addition, my university also arranged a program for theundergraduate students, where student can attend workshops based on professional development.In the workshop, the students had to work in group of five for business problem solving, strategicplanning, and other tasks (Kyllonen 2013). This workshops and my past work experience hashelped me in developing my ability to work as part of a team. I strongly believe the employersseeking the experience in of a candidate in teamwork can find the same in me. As the risk manager of CBA, I had to meet many clients of the organizations. In addition,while I was doing job in small financial service provider company it was my daily job to meetthe clients in order solve the problem of regarding our service (Lee, Lee and Kang 2012). Apartfrom that I have taken training on the customer service skill from an training centre and workedwith customer service executive with an DTH company for few months. Hence, I believe that I
