INTRODUCTIONAdministrative services is a form of services which deals with the various things such asmaking plans, managing all the activities which is done in the organisation, record keeping, maildistributing, etc. are the things over which they have to deal with. In all the organisation it is veryessential to have proper administrative services. Stratford is a consultancy firm which providesvarious services to the clients, with better ways and good resources (Verklan and Walden,2014). They focus on providing more and more new and better services to their customers. Inthis report different services which the firm provides and the services users of the company isbeing mentioned and their importance and functioning departments are also mainly mentionedover their. TASK 11.1 Three services and the users of the serviceStratford is a consultancy firm which provides various services, and three main servicesare: Charitable planningInvestment Link between customers and companyCharitable planning- This is a plan which is provided by the Stratford consultancy firm, thiswould help the customers in giving them the proper advice and information which is related tothe charity. For example some companies do not want to give tax so they take help withconsistency firm at that time they mainly give idea to provide charity to any charitable trust bythis the company will not have to pay heavy tax and the trust would get fund as well (Harris-Kojetin and et. al., 2013). Investment-They provide information to the clients about the different and useful investmentplans to the clients so that they would invest some fund in investment plan which is suitable forthem. Link between customers and company- Stratford also helps the company in having bettercontact with their customers, behalf of company Stratford provide information and requiredmessages to their customers. This helps the company in saving their time and connecting withmore customers.
