INTRODUCTION
Social policy is multidisciplinary approach that is essential for development of country in
different sectors as education, healthcare, employment. It is useful for protecting social welfare
and social justice that leads to following on government policies legal rules to understand social
mobility as well reducing poverty. The present report is based on understanding various
compositions of social policies related to effectiveness of several sectors. Moreover, troubled
families program 2012 and Children Families Bill 2014 kind of social policies are to be
described. In addition to this, several aspects for public welfare and government aid to needed
people through implementing policy plans are to introduced through this assignment. However,
this report aims to present issues occur in social policy on UK. Therefore, students are able to
understand social policies norms for protecting society as well able to social development of

Social policy is composition of different positive aspects for public welfare that is useful
for improving society's standard, employment and education sector. However, government
makes plan for society's welfare remains able to increase status of country's people. In this
regard, government of UK analyses public demand and different factors including psychological,
socio-cultural and their income earning level. Further, poverty line and lifestyles of people is
obtained that is useful to prepare planning and strategies related to nation's social development
(Murray, 2015). Under social policy, varieties of aspects are presented that impacts on country's
effectiveness. In this process, government makes plan to reduce poverty and issues occurred in
nation interrelated with various factors as political, socio-economic, employment, education and
specific facilities for physical handicapped. Including this, policies regarding social justice for
disability, crime, and globalization are prepared that effects on social and cultural development

implemented for improving living standard of people as well creating creativity for public
